President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has made statement on his return from his trip to Iran.
Remarking that “Everything is good when one is brought to a post, but why asking them to leave is found odd?”, Erdoğan briefly spoke as follows:
“We are not an ordinary party”
“We are not a routine, ordinary political party. Our political party is also a cause.
“Those who believe in this cause come to the headquarters when required, submit their resignation and then we can move on with our other fellows.
“The thing is, those who resign don’t have the purpose to resign from the party. They take such steps for someone else to fill in their position.
“Everything is good when one is brought to a post, but why asking them to leave is found odd? Furthermore, resignation or leaving the post shouldn’t be seen as a problem in the cause”. (EKN/TK)
