Entrances to Taksim Republic Monument and Gezi Park have been closed with barriers by police due to the 4th anniversary of the Gezi resistance.
Fire brigade crews and medical teams have been deployed in addition to police measures.
The Taksim Solidarity had announced that they would march from Taksim to the park on May 31, 4th anniversary of the Gezi resistance. (NV/TK)
