Organized for the fourth time in the province of Sulaymaniyah in Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government, the International Slemani Film Festival has drawn to an end and the film awards have found their owners.
While Hani, a well-known, prominent Kurdish musician, has given a concert at the prize-awarding ceremony, the great prize of the festival, namely the "Golden Pince Award for Best Feature Film", has been granted to the movie "A Tale of Three Sisters" by Emin Alper.
Golden Pine Award for Best National Documentary has been given to "Dialogue" directed by Selim Yıldız, Best Actress in Feature Film Award to Cemre Ebüzziya for her role in "A Tale of Three Sister" and Best Director Award to Reza Mirkarimi for the film "Castle of Dreams".
Making a speech at the closing ceremony of the festival, Slemani Film Festival director Dana Ömer has said, "On no account will we let this festival be monopolized by a particular circle and we will keep on organizing this festival in a free and independent way to our best ability."

- New Talent Award: Rhino. Directed by Puran Mohammad
- Best Animation Award: Dreams In The Depth. Directed By Reza Mohammadi
- Jury Award for National Short Film: Road. Directed by Khaibar Rafeeq
- Best National Short Film Award: Once Upon a time In Kurdistan. Directed by Zhino Hadi
- Jury Award for Best International Short Film: Asmina, Directed by Dekel Berenson
- Best International Short Film Award: Unlike Today, Directed by Astrid Menzel
- Best International Documentary Award: Terra, Directed By Julian Kushnarinko
- Golden Pine Award for Best National Documentary: Dialogue, Directed by Selim Yıldız
- Golden Pine Award for Best Feature Film: A Tale of Three Sisters. Directed by Emin Alper
- Best Director Award: Reza Mirkarimi for the film Castle of Dreams
- Best Scenario Award: Parasite, Directed by Bong Joon-Ho
- Best Actress in Feature Film Award: Cemre Ebüzziya in A Tale of three Sisters
- Best Actor in Feature Film: Victor Zhusti in the film The Delegation
- Best Cinematography Award for Feature Film: The Mute, Directed Bartosz Konopka
- Jury Award for Feature Film: Screwdriver, Directed by Bassam Jarbawi
