European Union (EU) Commission is gathering today and will submit to the EU foreign ministers, a package of legitimate relations with Northern Cyprus.

This package includes an economic aid of 259 million EuroS to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

A "Political rhetoric" that might pave way to the recognition of TRNC will be left to member countries.

During the Foreign Affairs Council meeting at Luxembourg, the package for Turkish Cypriots will include initiatives for tourism, foreign trade and international cultural and sports events with Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. (YE)
