Dicle News Agency (DİHA) reporter Feyyaz İmrak has been released at the second hearing held by Antalya 2nd Heavy Penal Court.
Akdeniz University, Faculty of Communication student İmrak was detained in the house raid launched on February 11, 2016.
He was under arrest since February 15
İmrak was taken into custody along with 27 people, 11 of whom were children, on February 11.
İmrak was brought to Antalya Courthouse following his testimony.
He was arrested by the court on charge of “[illegal] organization membership” on February 15.
A police officer, who broke İmrak’s nose as he was shooting the protests at Akdeniz University has been tried demanding 1 year in prison. İmrak is 24 years old and has been a DİHA reporter for three years. (HK/TK)
