Detention warrant has been issued for 25 attorneys as part of the Gülen investigation launched in the wake of the July 15 coup attempt.
Among the 25 figures, there are Progressive Legists Association (ÇHD) Vice President Münip Ermiş, former ÇHD member Hakan Evcin and Antalya Bar Association member Lider Tanrıkulu as well.
Interviewing with bianet, ÇHD Board Member Hadi Cin expressed that he can’t have any organic link with the Gülen Community.
Also meeting with the prosecutor, Cin said “I told the prosecutor that these three people cannot have any organic link outside the occupational borders with this organization and that everyone knows this in Antalya”.
The searches in the attorneys’ houses are ongoing. They are expected to be taken into custody due to the detention warrant. (NV/TK)
