Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has made a statement regarding Russian downed warplane on Syrian border.

“It is both our international right and national duty to take all kinds of measures against anyone who violates our air or ground borders”, said Davutoğlu.

Davutoğlu proceeded as follows:
“I want our nation to know that we won’t hesitate for not even a second in terms of taking precautions against terror or circle of fire surrounding us.

“I here once more make a call to the whole world, come and let us put down the fire in Syria.
“Be it Syrian regime or terror organizations, or any external elements, our message is clear to whoever spray bullets on Turkmens from Bayırbucak or Arabs from Aleppo or Kurds instead of putting down the fire in Syria.
