Borsa İstanbul (İstanbul Stock Exchange) announced earlier today (September 26) that on the ground that data broadcasting could not be done properly, the transactions had been temporarily halted in all markets operating over the BISTECH system.
The announcement of Borsa İstanbul regarding the temporary closing of all markets using the BISTECH system was published on the official website of the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
In the statement, it was also indicated, "The works have been continuing to solve the problem in the BISTECH broadcasting module. The public will be informed about the issue."
The data flow, which was stopped at 10.33 a.m., still could not be provided at 12.15 p.m, when this news report was first prepared.
Problem has been resolved
At 1.49 p.m. today, Borsa İstanbul made another announcement on the website of the Public Disclosure Platform and stated that the technical problem has been resolved and transactions will start again at 2 p.m. (HA/SD)
