The curfew declared in Turkey's southeastern Şırnak's Beytüşşebap district two days ago was lifted today (June 5).
Şırnak Governorship in its statement issued on its official website announced that the curfew was lifted as of 4 a.m. this morning.

The district in eastern Şırnak is located approximately 20 km away from the Iraqi and Syrian borders. According to the census in 2015, its population is 17.100, 852 of which is from the rural area and 5,248 is from the center of the province. Ilıcak village is located 125 km away from the center of Şırnak and 7 km from Beytüşşebap province. The village has an elementary school and drink-water supply network. Yet there is no community clinic or sanitarium.
