Curfew Declared in 6 Villages of Batman

Curfew was declared in six villages in Sason district of Batman until further notice. In the written statement published on the official website of Batman Governorate, it has been reported that the curfew covered the villages of Heybeli, Umurlu, Acar, Cağlı, Balbaşı and Dereiçi.

“Curfew was declared in Heybeli, Umurlu, Acar, Cağlı, Balbaşı and Dereiçi villages [...] in Sason district of our province on August 24, 2016 as of 5 p.m. in accordance with the Article 11/C of Code of Provincial Administration No. 5442 in order to catch members of the terrorist organization and provide security of property and the lives of our people.
