Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca has announced that no provinces remain in the "red" category, which indicates "very high risk" for Covid-19.

Koca's statement comes as Turkey experiences the fourth peak of the pandemic, averaging 19,361 cases per day and 225 deaths over the past week.
