Court merges Osman Kavala’s ‘espionage’ case with Gezi trial

Despite the strong defense of the attorneys and witness statements, the İstanbul 36th Heavy Penal Court has ruled that Osman Kavala shall remain behind bars. The file of his “espionage” case has been merged with that of “Gezi”.
