Constitutional Court: Right to a Fair Trial the Most Violated Right

The Constitutional Court has released figures on individual applications made between September 23, 2012 and December 31, 2019.

Turkey, in cooperation with the European Union (EU), introduced the individual application to the top court in cases of rights violations in 2012.

According to the figures, there were a total of 254,636 applications and the court brought 211,801 applications to a conclusion.
