Canan Kaftancıoğlu, the Chairperson of the Republican People's Party (CHP) İstanbul organization, shared a post where she addressed all citizens to serve in the balloting committees in the second round of the presidential elections to be held today (May 28).
Kaftancıoğlu wrote, "All balloting committee chairpersons, members and observers;
"Police officers can cast their votes with the original of document number 142, and they have to submit the document to the balloting committee chairperson! Examine the document carefully. Do not allow the people who want to cast a vote in your ballot box with a photocopy or with another document."
"If you catch anyone in the act, keep a report. Talk to the lawyer appointed at your polling station school and don't forget to make a criminal complaint about the person. You may also spit in the person's face but no need. Because this is an act that only shameless people can do." (RT/PE)
