In response to a solidarity call from the Kaos GL association, bianet released a video message supporting the LGBTI+ community and organizations in their fight for rights during Pride Month.

In the video, the bianet staff emphasized their commitment by stating, "We will continue to wield our pen in support of the hard-fought rights of LGBTI+s. The Pride March cannot be obstructed. Happy Pride Month!"

bianet also shared the following statement in celebration of Pride Month:

"As bianet, we will continue to highlight the rights and human rights violations faced by LGBTI+s that both the current government and the components of the ruling coalition have targeted and tried to isolate and criminalize throughout the election process.

"Amplifying the voices of LGBTI+ individuals across Turkey remains one of our primary agendas as the bianet team, and it will continue to be so. Despite all pressures, we will persist in using our pen to advocate for the hard-won rights of LGBTI+s.
