Two soldiers have lost their lives, six others wounded in the attack launched by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) members on military zone in Turkey’s southeastern Tekeli village of Şemdinli district in Hakkari province.
According to the report of şemdinlihaber.gen.tr, an attack has been carried out with mortars and long-barreled weapons on military zone in Mergesav area located on Tekeli village’s Iraq-Kurdistan Regional Government border.
Two soldiers killed, six others wounded in the offensive.
Jets have been deployed to the area as the clash continues. (NV/TK)
