Photograph Exhibition called “Ustaların Objektifinden Aşık Veysel ve Gelenekten Geleceğe Halk Ozanları” (Folk Poets from Aşık Veysel and Tradition to Future from Masters’ Objective) will be opened from March 21 to May 8, 2018 in Nurnberg, Germany.
The opening of the exhibition will be held at Villa Leon Culture Center at 7 p.m. on March 21, 2018.
The exhibition prepared by photographers Nazender Süzer Gökçe (Aşık Veysel’s granddaughter) comprises two sections.
In the first section, photos of Ara Güler, Ergun Çağatay, Fikret Otyam, Ozan Sağdıç and Mustafa Türkyılmaz and Orhan Peker’s pattern works will be displayed.
The second section consists of photos of post Aşık Veysel folk poets, who sustain the folk poetry from Veysel’s death to date, through the objectives of Nazender Süzer Gökçe and Gürsel Gökçe.
