AKP Deputy Chair: If Kurdistan Is Founded, It will Be Our Brother
“The establishment of a Kurdish government in North Iraq will not annoy us," AKP Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Çelik said.
Justice and Development Part (AKP) Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Çelik said that, if a Kurdish state will establish after the separation of Iraq, the new Kurdish government will be brother to them.
When Çelik spoke to Financial Times newspaper, he made the following statement:
"The establishment of a Kurdish state's possibility doesn't annoy our government such like similarly before.”
"In the old days the matter of an independent Kurdish state has counted a reason for the war to Turkey. Moreover saying 'Kurd ' was enough to other people for being angry and aggressive.”
