Justice and Development Part (AKP) Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Çelik said that, if a Kurdish state will establish after the separation of Iraq, the new Kurdish government will be brother to them.
When Çelik spoke to Financial Times newspaper, he made the following statement:
"The establishment of a Kurdish state's possibility doesn't annoy our government such like similarly before.”
"In the old days the matter of an independent Kurdish state has counted a reason for the war to Turkey. Moreover saying 'Kurd ' was enough to other people for being angry and aggressive.”
"However their name is Kurdistan and individuals have to accept it. If Iraq will separate also that seem like unavoidable, they are our brother" (EKN/GOA/BM)
