AKP administration appointed its share of members for the resolution commission, a parliamentary delegation that will investigate means of social peace and determine on the resolution process in Turkey's Kurdish problem.
The list of AKP's members are as follows: Yalçın Akdoğan (Ankara deputy - Human Rights Investigation Commission Spokesperson), Naci Bostancı, (Amasya deputy - Human Rights Investigation Commission Interim Chairperson), İdris Naim Şahin (İstanbul deputy - Former Interior Minister), Ziver Özdemir (Batman deputy), Fatoş Gürkan (Adana deputy), Fatih Çiftçi (Van deputy - Constitution Drafting Commission Member) ve Abdülkerim Gök (Urfa deputy).
The resolution commission is composed of 17 members. The distribution of members according to political parties is as follows: AKP 10, CHP 4, BDP 1. To protest the process, CHP and MHP previously declared that they will not appoint any deputies to the commission.
BDP, on the hand, has yet to appoint its deputy to the commission. (NV)
