Statement issued by the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) has declared that 18 People’s Protection Units (YPG) targets were hit in airstrikes launched on Maarrat Umm Hawsh region in northern Aleppo in Syria.
Announcing that tracked armored vehicle, headquarter building, 11 targets used as shelter and seven dynamic targets were hit, declared that 160-200 YPG members were killed.
Confirming the airstrike, the Hawar News Agency (ANHA) reported that the TSK launched artillery shootings on the villages of Dêr Belût, Hemam and Meydan Ekbis in Afrin Canton.
While it was announced that 13 shells hit Dêr Belût, no information was provided as to casualties or damages inflicted by the shootings. (EKN/TK)
