Deniz Bulutsuz previously announced that actor Ozan Güven inflicted violence on her. Having received a medical report documenting the battery, Bulutsuz has appealed to the İstanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office via her attorney and filed a criminal complaint against Güven.
As reported by Hayati Arıgan from daily Sözcü, the petition submitted to the prosecutor's office by attorney Mustafa Kurtuluş has indicated that after Güven and Bulutsuz had dinner in a restaurant on June 12, they went to a friend's house and Ozan Güven got disturbed when the ex-boyfriend of Bulutsuz was talked about there. When they left this house and went to his place, Güvrn battered Deniz Bulutsuz in his house.
She got wounded in her chin
The petition has also noted that Güven broke the objects around and injured her in the chin while he was trying to fetch the broken lampshade from her and prevented her from leaving when she attempted to do so.
After escaping from the house, Deniz Bulutsuz reportedly came across the driver of Güven in the vicinity of the house and he took her to the house of a friend of hers. It has been further indicated that the security cameras in the house will substantiate the allegations.
Restraining order for Güven
Deposing at the prosecutor's office, Deniz Bulutsuz said:
"He did not allow me to leave the house, he said to me, 'You cannot go anywhere, you will stay here, you deserve this. I will kill you'." Bulutsuz also said that Ozan Güven had seized her phone.
Having received a medical report documenting the battery, Bulutsuz had a restraining order issued for Güven for 60 days.
Güven rejected the allegations
Following the complaint of Bulutsuz, Ozan Güven has reportedly received a medical report as well. Deposing at the prosecutor's office, Güven claimed that when he told Bulutsuz that he wanted to break up with her, she said, "I will disgrace you before the whole Turkey. I will say that you are a man who beats women." Güven rejected the allegations. (EMK/SD)
