Metropoll Research company has shared the results of its October 2021 survey with the public. The participants of the survey were asked whether the current Justice and Development Party (AKP) government could solve the economic problems that Turkey has found itself in.
While 64.1 percent of the participants said that it could not solve them, 28.4 percent answered in the affirmative. 7.5 percent "had no idea".
When they were asked whether the opposition parties could solve the people's economic problems when they came to power, more than half of the participants said that they could not solve them, either.
55 percent indicated that even in the event that opposition parties came to power, the economic problems could not be solved. 37 percent were of the opinion that the problems would be solved in such a case.
When the results of the October 2021 survey are compared with the ones in February and September, it is seen that voters' confidence in the opposition's ability to solve the economic problems decreased. (RT/SD)
