Concurrent bomb attack has been launched on Area Traffic Control Branch Directorate and nearby mass housing by Civil Protection Units (YPS).
According to state-run Anadolu Agency’s report, two police have been killed in the attack while many people of whom four were heavily including civilians injured.
Police mass housing has suffered extensive damage, and deep holes were formed on the highway resulted by the attack.
Curfews in Nusaybin
October 1-6: Mardin Governor declared a curfew in Girmeli, Eskihisar, Tepeüstü, and Kayadibi neighborhoods of Nusaybin district. The curfew lasted six days.
November 13-26: People couldn’t go out for 14 days in Mardin’s Nusaybin. Curfew was suspended for one day to enable people to provide their vital needs. Nine people lost their lives during the curfew.
November 29 – December 3: Curfew lasted five days in Nusaybin.
December 6-9: Curfew declared on December 6 lasted three days.
December 14-25: Curfew was declared again in Nusaybin. The curfew imposed on four neighborhoods was suspended on December 18 between the hours of 9 a.m.-4 p.m. 11 neighborhoods were added to the curfew on December 21. The curfew was lifted on December 25.
