Statutory Decrees No. 689 and 690 were issued on Saturday, April 29 under the State of Emergency.
3,974 people discharged, 731 returned back to their positions
3,974 people including academic and military personnel have been discharged through the Statutory Decree No. 689.
731 public officials have been returned back to their positions.484 academics and 98 administrative staff employed in higher education institutions have been discharged, 18 academics returned back to their positions.

14 associations including the Association for Physically Disabled and Denizli Association for Disabled as well as Yürüyüş Magazine and Van İpek Yolu Newspaper. Five associations have been re-opened.

New positions in Security General Directorate
Through the Statutory Decree No. 690, 7,000 new warden positions have been created for the provincial organization of the Security General Directorate.
