One soldier has lost his life resulting from a mortar projectile falling in Turkey's southeastern Şemdinli district in province of Hakkari.
In a statement issued by the Hakkari Governorship it was said that mortar was fired from the Iraqi side on Tekeli-Gedik Hill.
The statement added that drones have been sent to the area and a large scale operation has been launched. (NV/TK)
