As reported by Sputnik news website, Zakharova also said,
"The Idlib de-escalation zone remains a 'hot spot' on Syria's map, a large part of it is controlled today by terrorists gathered around the al-Nusra Front within the structure dubbed Hayat Tahrir al-Sham."
Zakharova made her statement just before the Tehran summit, where the scope and timing of the Idlib operation will be specified.
At the summit, President of Iran Hassan Rouhani, President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who are also the leaders of the guarantor countries of the Astana process, will meet.
