“We are unable to inform you due to the privacy rights,” Turkey’s Justice Ministry responded foreign correspondent Alex Christie-Miller on the whereabouts of 3 ISIS fighters accused of killing 3 people.
Christie-Miller inquired whether 3 ISIS fighters - Çendrim Ramadani, Benjamin Xu and Muhammed Zakir respectively - responsible for the death of 1 soldier, 1 police, and 1 civilian in the central province of Niğde on March 20.
While the aforementioned inquiry was submitted on October 6, the ministry responded Christie-Miller on October 20 - the last day of the 14-day official response limit.

“It wasn’t found appropriate to provide information on the issue,” the response said on the grounds that it didn’t align with the Article 21 regarding “privacy of individuals” of Law No 4982 on Right to Information. (EÖ/BM)
