Green Left (Yeşil Sol) Party Co-Speakers Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar and İbrahim Akın have voted. Uçar cast her vote at Gazi Primary School in Sultangazi, Istanbul.

Uçar: Let this election result in equality and freedom

Uçar urged voters to cast their votes while emphasizing the importance of safeguarding their votes, the integrity of ballot boxes, and the future of the nation. The politician encouraged them to fulfill their responsibilities and called for an election that promotes equality and freedom.

"I request them to protect both their votes, the ballot boxes, and our future, so stand stronger in their duties. Let [this election] result in equality and freedom." 

Akın cast his vote in İzmir

Green Left Co-Speaker İbrahim Akın voted at N.S. İşgören Occupational and Technical High School in Konak, İzmir. Speaking to reporters, he stated that he cast his vote in favor of democracy and change.

"I hope May 28 will be a day when freedom, peace and democracy comes to Turkey," he expressed
