President and Justice and Development Party (AKP) Chair Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's job approval rose by nearly five points over the past two months, according to Metropoll company.
In January, the president's job approval rate was 38.6 percent, the lowest since June 2015, when his party had lost the parliamentary majority for the first time in 13 years.
However, his approval rate rose to 41.1 percent in February and 43.3 percent in March, showed the survey results shared on the company's Twitter account.

Among the voters of the opposition parties, the president's job approval rate is the lowest among the voters of the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) and its ally İYİ (Good) Party, shows the poll.
The survey was conducted among 1,535 people in 28 provinces between March 10 and 15, said Metropoll.
