The summaries of proceedings against 10 MPs were submitted to the Parliamentary Speaker's Office today (April 14).
While the summaries seek lifting the legislative immunity of the MPs, eight of these MPs are from the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP), including CHP Chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, and two MPs are from the opposition Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP).
The Presidential Motions on Lifting the Legislative Immunity have been published in the "Received Documents" list by the Speakers Office of the Grand National Assemly of Turkey (TBMM) and sent to the Joint Committee of the Members of the Committee on Constitution and Justice.
