A warrant has been issued against four people after it was reported that shortly before the improvised explosive exploded, a vehicle of the municipality was seen in the vicinity.
Speaking to bianet about the issue, HDP Diyarbakır Provincial Organization Co-Chair Zeyyat Ceylan has stated, "We find it very meaningful that they have turned to our party just after the incident. The house of our Kulp District Co-Mayor was raided at night. The Civil Works Director and our district co-chair have been detained. They are planning dirty tricks. We will follow hard after this incident. We will do our best to uncover the real perpetrators. This incident reminds us of Güçlükonak massacre". (RT/SD)
