According to results announced by the Supreme Election Board (YSK) published on the Official Gazette on April 27, 2017, 25,157,463 electors voted "Yes" and 23,779,141 electors voted "No" in the referendum held on April 16, 2017 on the Constitutional Amendment Package.
YSK has announced that the "Yes" votes constituted 51.41% and the "No" votes 48.59% of all the valid votes.
55,319,222 voters were registered in the domestic electoral register.
48,374,576 of these voted in the referendum.
47,528,949 votes were counted as valid.
845,627 votes were counted as invalid.
Voter turn-out is 87.45%.
Polls abroad
2,972,676 voters were registered in the foreign electoral register.
1,325,682 of these voted in the polls set in representatives abroad.
1,309,821 votes were counted as valid.
15,861 votes were counted as invaild.
Voter turn-out is 44%60.
Customs stations
98,597 electors voted at customs stations.
97,834 of the votes were counted as valid.
763 votes were counted as invalid.
Voter turn-out is 3,32%.
Total
49,798,855 of 58,291,898 registered electors in total voted country-wide, abroad and at the customs stations.
Voter turn-out is 85.43%.
48,936,604'ü votes were counted as valid and 862,251 were invalid.
25,157,463 of the valid votes were "Yes" votes and 23,779,141 votes were "No" votes.
"Yes" votes constitute 51.41% and the "No" votes 48.59% of all the valid votes.
