US President Donald Trump made just another statement on Syria in a tweet thread at 7.14 a.m. local time in Washington today (October 14).
Speculating that "the Kurds may be releasing some ISIS prisoners to get the US involved", President Donald Trump has announced that "big sanctions on Turkey" are imminent. Trump has tweeted the following message:
'Never ending wars will end'
"Brian Kilmeade over at FOX & friends got it all wrong. We are not going into another war between people who have been fighting with each other for 200 years. Europe had a chance to get their ISIS prisoners, but didn't want the cost. 'Let the USA pay,' they said...
"Kurds may be releasing some to get us involved. Easily recaptured by Turkey or European Nations from where many came, but they should move quickly. Big sanctions on Turkey coming! Do people really think we should go to war with NATO Member Turkey? Never ending wars will end!
"The same people who got us into the Middle East mess are the people who most want to stay there!"

Putin also said 'ISIS members could just run away'
Making a statement about the "Operation Peace Spring" of Turkey on October 11, President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that Turkey's military operation in northern Syria could lead to the revival of the ISIS group. "I'm not sure whether the Turkish army will be able to take this under control and how soon. This is a real threat to us," he told reporters.
Putin stressed that "Kurdish military groups" who were guarding the ISIS fighters are now fleeing and that could pave the way for them to regroup. "They could just run away," he said. (PT/SD)
