Evrensel Newspaper has announced that an access block has been imposed on its three news reports and articles.
As reported by the daily, the Burdur Criminal Judgeship of Peace has blocked access to two news reports and one article published 5-6 years ago upon the complaint of the Burdur Gendarmerie Command.
According to Evrensel's news report, one of the news reports facing an access block was about "the funeral of 12 people from the People's Defense Units (YPG) killed by ISIS gangs and the other one was about the destruction of the graves of Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) members."
Evrensel Editor-in-Chief Fatih Polat's article titled "The book showing the truth on the other face of the mountain" has also been blocked to access.

No lawsuit over the book
Referring to the access block imposed on Fatih Polat's article introducing a book, Evrensel has noted that there has been no court case filed over the book "Yaralı Yonca" (Wounded Clover) written by Ruhi Karadağ and Faruk Balıkçı and published by the Ozan Publishing House.
Evrensel has indicated that it will appeal against the access block imposed by the criminal judgeship of peace. (KÖ/SD)
