Police raided the journalist's home. The reason for the detention is not yet known.

Journalist Nurcan Yalçın was detained early in the morning during a police raid in her home in Diyarbakır.

After searching her flat, police took her to the Anti-Terror Department of the Provincial Secuirty Directorate.

The reason for the detention could not be learned. A lawyer restriction order was issued against Yalçın for 24 hours. (HA/VK)
