The curfew declared in 43 villages and hamlets in Lice, Hani, Kocaköy and Dicle districts of Diyarbakır province in southeastern Turkey on May 30, was lifted today (June 2) as of 11 a.m.
According to the statement on the official website of the governorship, the operations planned to take place in the locations where curfew was declared, have also been completed.
The curfew has been lifted in:
Ecemiş, Birlik, Şenlik, Abalı, Erginköy, Daralan, Duruköy, Çeper, Güçlü, Gökçe villages and hamlets in Lice district,
Kaledibi, Topçular, Çukurköy, Kuyular, Abacılar, Akçayurt, Yukarıturalı, Uzunlar, Serenköy, Kalaba, Kırım, Yayvan, Soylu, Çardaklı, Sergen, Okurköy, Gürbüz, Anıl, Süslü and Belen villages and hamlets in Hani district,
Şaklat and Yazıköy villages in Kocaköy district as well as
Meydanköy, Sergenli, Dedeköy, Bademli ,Döğer, Arıköy, Tepe, Başköy, Değirmenli Köyü and Kelekçi villages and hamlets in Dicle district. (AS/DG)
