31,643 people died while 158,165 people were transferred to other regions and there have been 2.724 aftershocks until now in the February 6 earthquakes as of 10:55 am. today, it was announced by the Disaster and Emergency Presidency (AFAD).
35,495 rescuers are working in the earthquake-hit regions, 9.793 of which have come from other countries.
The total number of personnel working in the region reached 238,459.
Humanitarian aid
According to the statement by AFAD, 206,357 tents, and over 2 million blankets have been sent to the region. 155,379 family tents have been set up. 334 mobile kitchens, catering vehicles, 33 mobile bakeries, and 252 service vehicles have arrived in the ten cities.
Four mobile social support centers have been established in Maraş , Hatay, Osmaniye, and Malatya. (SD/PE)
