17-year-old Gülsüm Yeşilkaya was rescued alive after 90 hours from a depth of 8 meters in the wreckage of an apartment building that collapsed in the earthquake in Adıyaman.
Miners of Turkish Hardcoal Enterprise from Zonguldak were also among the rescue teams working in the wreckage of the 7-floor Bereket Apartment. The teams heard Gülsüm's voice around 9:00 and rescued the young woman after 13 hours of work.
The teams used a method that is also used in the mines to rescue the young woman from 8 meters below in the wreckage.
