İstanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has started an ex-officio investigation after the Hrant Dink Foundation announced that it received a second threat message.
On the suspicion of sending the message E.B. was detained in İstanbul yesterday (June 1), the state-run Anadolu Agency (AA) reported.
The foundation named after Hrant Dink, a Turkey-based Armenian journalist assassinated in 2007, also received threats in the last week. H.A. was detained in Konya on Saturday (May 30) for sending the message, where he threatened Rakel Dink, the wife of the late journalist, with death.
The suspect was later remanded in custody. (EKN/VK)
