A bomb attack was launched today (July 14) on a joint patrol by Turkey and Russia in Idlib, northwestern Syria.
Russia's Defense Ministry stated that three of its soldiers were wounded after a roadside bomb was detonated while Ankara has yet to make a statement on the incident.

However, there were also wounded among Turkey's soldiers as one of its armored vehicles in the convoy was damaged, according to the Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria. Russia's soldiers were taken to the country's Khmeimim base in Latakia, it said.
The attack occurred on the M4 highway, where Turkey and Russia have been conducting joint patrols to ensure cessation of hostilities since March 15. They did the 20th patrol today. (HA/VK)
