The celebration of the Sacrifice Feast, also known as Eid al-Adha, commenced today.
The Sacrifice Feast spans four days, starting from the tenth day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah according to the Hegira Calendar. This year, the feast begins today, following the Gregorian calendar, and will conclude on August 3.
During the Sacrifice Feast, Muslims also embark on the pilgrimage to Mecca, known as Hajj.
