Turkey’s first Women’s Writing Festival is being realized in cooperation of Swedish Embassy, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Center for Women’s Research and Practice, Library of Women’s Works and Information Center Foundation.
There will be 10 panels, six reading sessions, three round table, 3 forums, four workshops, two performances and one exhibition in the festival to be held at four different venues from March 9 to March 18, 2018.
In the festival which will host as many as 100 participants, literature and gender will be tackled from different views, new works will be created in the workshops for 10 days under the title “kADIN YAZIsı” (Women’s Writing). All events will be open to public and free of charge, and that simultaneous translation service will be provided.
