Ministry of Interior has announced that the activities of 370 associations in 39 provinces have been stopped for three months in accordance with article 11 of the State of Emergency Law.
The Ministry has stated that "the activities of 370 associations, 153 of which are affiliated with FETÖ (Fethullahist Terrorist Organization), 190 with PKK/KCK (Kurdistan Worker's Party/Kurdistan Communities Union), 19 with DHKP-C (The Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front) and 8 others with ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria)" were stopped.
The respondent in the Ministry of Interior whom bianet has contacted did not want to give any information about the closed associations.
The doors of some associations have already been sealed.
Some of the red tagged associations are as follows;
Free Journalists Association (ÖGC), the founder of dokuz8HABER; TAREM (Center for Social Research and Education), Libertarian Jurists Association (ÖHD), Progressive Legists' Association (ÇHD), Batman Struggle Against Poverty and Sustainable Development Association, Rainbow Women's Association, Immigrants' Social Solidarity and Cultural Association (Göç-Der), Solidarity Association of Prisoners' Families (TAYAD) ,Mesopotamia Association of Cooperation and Solidarity With Families Who Lost Their Acquaintances (MEYA-DER), Kürdi-Der, Mineworkers Solidarity and Struggle Association operating in Soma/Kınık, Democratic Peoples' Federation, Human Rights Research Association, Van Women's Association (VAKAD), Federation Initiative for Solidarity with Inmate Families (TUHAD-FED), Rojava Association, Mesopotamia Lawyers' Association and Free Women's Congress (KJA).

Rojava Association: "We have been red tagged by the Government for acting in solidarity with families which were victims of curfews. We will continue our solidarity".
ÖHD has announced that its doors have been sealed on Twitter.
Also Ankara Justice School is among the closed associations.
Activity terminated also in KJA
Peoples' Democratic Party Diyarbakır Deputy Feleknas Uca announced on Twitter that the office of KJA was sealed;
"You might have red tagged KJA but our fight for freedom of women will continue and our resistance will bloom like this rose".

Associations in Van and Diyarbakır
The offices of 47 associations in Diyarbakır, 19 of which are located in the city center were sealed on November 12.
In Van, there are 24 associations the activities of which have been stopped. (AS/DG)
