Minister of Interior: There is No Such a Political Party Called HDP
Stating that CHP has helped HDP enter parliament, Minister of Interior Soylu has said, “There is no such a political party called HDP. There is an organization called PKK”.

Minister of Interior Süleyman Soylu answered questions of Hürriyet Representative to Ankara Hande Fırat on CNN Türk.
Stating that Republican People’s Party (CHP) has helped HDP enter parliament, Soylu said that he doesn’t see the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) as a political party: “If the PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) tell them to stay in parliament, they stay, if PKK tells them to withdraw, they withdraw”.
Responding to a question about him calling HDP Deputy Co-Chair Pervin Buldan on the phone and told her “You will not have right to live anymore”, Soylu said, “I didn’t have a personal threat”. (EKN/TK)
