The October 10 Association for Peace and Solidarity has released a press statement, calling on former PM Ahmet Davutoğlu to tell what happened between the two elections on June 7 and November 1 in 2015.
Poised to leave the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) and found a new party, Davutoğlu said on Friday (August 23), "If the past is raked up about counter-terrorism, several people cannot go out in public. When the history of the Republic of Turkey is written one day, one of the most critical periods will be the one between June 7 and November 1."
The period saw bombings by ISIS and the resolution process to the Kurdish question coming to an end.

Here are the highlights from the press release titled, "November June 7th to November 1st, why and how were we killed?":
"We, those who lost their relatives to ISIS bombs, know very well what happened in the period between June 7 and November 1. We know our killers. We are not asking what happened during this process. We're asking how it happened. From here we call on Davutoğlu and the government.
"During your time as the foreign minister, the ISIS gangs that you call 'angry young people' spewed their anger against the dissenting people of Turkey for some reason, and their massacres contributed greatly to your party coming to power as a one-party government on 1 November by increasing your vote."
"Judicial processes were not carried out effectively"
"The parliamentary inquiries to investigate these massacres and attacks were rejected during your time in power, judicial processes were not carried out effectively and these paved the way for new massacres.
"We ask Davutoğlu; are the terror gangs who killed us in Amed and Suruç and Ankara the gangs you mentioned in the sentence 'If the AKP is removed from power, terror gangs will be running in the streets' in the Van rally you held before the November 1st elections?
"The brother of the live bomb in the Suruç massacre trial, which was carried out negligently from the very first day, detonated himself in the heart of Ankara 80 days later, killing 103 people during your rule.
"So we ask; did the government intervene in the trials of Amed, Suruç and October 10 massacre during your time as prime minister?
"These cases are ongoing today. Do you intend to act like a politician who has a responsibility to the public, to come to these hearings and tell what you know, and to express the facts you have implied in front of the cameras in the courtrooms as well? Or are you planning to use what you know as leverage in your fight against the AKP?" (AS/VK)
