Medical reports of three people, who were killed in a conflict that erupted during Justice and Development Party (AKP) Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s election campaign trail on June 14 in Turkey’s southeastern district of Suruç, Urfa, have come to light.
According to Mezopotamya Agency, the reports stated that Esvet Şenyaşar lost his life due to wounds caused by sharp objects, and Celal and Adil Şenyaşar died due to bullet marks.
It was alleged that it was a “PKK attack”
Four people from two groups were killed on June 14. MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s brother Mehmet Şah Yıldız, and Esvet Şenyaşar, Celal Şenyaşar and Adil Şenyaşar from the other group lost their lives.
In the news reports published following the conflict, it was claimed that four people lost their lives “in a PKK attack”. While Fadıl Şenyaşar whose father and brothers were killed in the conflict, has been kept within the scope of investigation, the allegations that Fadıl Şenyaşar is “affiliated with the PKK” appeared on the media.
The medical reports include results of the external examination carried out on bodies of three people from Şenyaşar family, and doctor experts’ opinions about their causes of death. (ŞA/TK)
