According to state-run Anadolu Agency’s figures, ratio of the “Yes” votes is 51.18%, “No” votes is 48.82% as of 9:30 a.m. in the constitutional amendment referendum.
24,325,817 electors voted “Yes”, 23,201,726 electors voted “No”.
The voter turnout is 85.46%.
“No” is ahead in six big cities
“No” votes finished the referendum ahead in six populated cities.
According to AA’s figures:
Ankara: 51.15% “No”, 48.85% “Yes” Votes
İstanbul: 51.35% “No”, 48.65% “Yes” votes
İzmir: 68.80% “No”, 31.20 “Yes” votes
Diyarbakır: 67.59% “No”, 32.41% “Yes” votes
Adana: 58.19% “No”, 41.81% “Yes” votes
Antalya: 59.08% “No”, 40.92% “Yes” votes
Abroad votes
Distribution of the abroad votes within the general total is as follows:
59.09% “Yes”, 40.91% “No” votes.
