The Ministry of Finance has responded to Republican People’s Party’s (CHP) Tanrıkulu’s parliamentary inquiry, which he submitted on July 16, 2016.
In the parliamentary inquiry, Tanrıkulu had asked about the purchase and rent spending made by Prime Ministry and ministries for vehicles and buildings from September 1, 2014 to July 1, 2016.
According to the ministry’s response, purchase and rent spending for service buildings was 420 million TL, purchase and rent spending for vehicles was 966 million TL, which makes the sum approximately 1.4 billion TL (450 million euros). (HK/TK)
