Under the title of "state of emergency governing", 12th article regulating president's authorities on declaring state of emergency in the constitutional amendment draft has been approved with 344 yes votes against 133 no votes at General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
13th article prescribing removal of military courts in the constitutional amendment draft has been approved with 343 votes against 133 no votes.
14th article regulating structure of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors in constitutional amendment draft has been passed with 341 votes against 133 no votes. (ÇT/EKN/TK)
