Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Ankara MP Sırrı Süreyya Öner has been released on condition of judicial control.
Önder was among 12 MPs detained HDP Co-Chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ.
Detained in Ankara this morning (November 4) and brought to Diyarbakır, Önder was sent to judgeship by prosecutor's office for arrest.
Önder was released at around 4:30 p.m. following the judgeship questioning.
What had happened?
HDP Co-Chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ, Şırnak MPs Ferhat Encü, Leyla Birlik, Hakkari MPs Selma Irmak, Abdullah Zeydan, Diyarbakır MPs İdris Baluken, Nursel Aydoğan, Zira Pir, Ankara MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Mardin MP Gülser Yıldırım were detained in a house raid launched towards morning.
Aydoğan, Birlik and Baluken were arrested, Pir and Taşçıer were released on condition of judicial control. (BK/TK)
